Our facility has separate entrances for dogs and cats.
Dogs and cats have their own reception areas, which help keep them calm before their exams.
Each of the three exam rooms is clean and comfortable.
The treatment area of the hospital is where diagnostic tests are performed, treatments are administerred, and pets are prepared for surgery.
Our well-equipped surgical suites enable us to perform most of the common, as well as some sprecialized surgeries.
Flexible fiberoptic endoscopes are used to visualize and biopsy certain internal conditions and sometimes to non-surgically remove foreign objects that are ingested.
Radiographs are taken by the veterinarians and technicians in our X-ray suite and are developed quickly by automatic processors.
Blood
pressure monitoring with a Doppler device is utilized for many medical
and surgical conditions.
Electrocardiography (ECG's) are utilized in the diagnosis and monitoring
of heart diseases, anesthesia,
and in emergency situations.
Modern high-speed dental equipment allows us to easily clean and polish
your pet's teeth.
Our fully-stocked pharmacy contains most of the medications that your pet needs.
We maintain a sizable library of current journals, textbooks, and internet
site subscriptions that enable us to provide up-to-date information
about your pet's veterinary care.
Our extensive "in-house" lab equipment and well-trained veterinary technicians enable us to identify abnormalities quickly and to accurately monitor your pet's health.
Pets that have contagious diseases are kept in an isolation ward with special precautions to prevent the spread of germs to other hospitalized patients.
The indoor kennel area features a variety of sizes of cages and runs for
the comfort of our hospitalized patients. We do not routinely board pets
in our facility.
Dogs get walked three times daily in our spacious backyard.
A memorial flower garden gives grieving pet owners a peaceful place for
contemplation.
